I am a Sport Science Graduate and tailored my degree to specialised in performance analysis for the elite.

 

I have trained with the worlds leading training providers, the European Institute of  Fitness which has not only given me the ability to be a great trainer, but be a nutrition advisor, mindset coach and lifestyle manager.

 

I have experience working with the elite, from being both a player and analyst in the England hockey single system, part of the analyst team during Sutton Coldfield’s Indoor hockey success, to being part of Olympic medal winning trunk stability research for the Para-archery team.
